A nominal return fee of ₹200 per product will be charged to cover logistics.

Products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with tags intact.
🚫 Damaged or Incorrect Product
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us with clear images and your order number.

Upon verification, a replacement will be dispatched at no additional cost.
🔄 Exchange Policy
We do not offer refunds. However, size exchanges are available under the following conditions:

Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours (2 working days) of delivery.

Customers must self-ship the product back; reverse pickup is not available.

Exchanges are allowed only for the same product (equal value). Any additional shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

Prepaid orders cannot be canceled.

COD orders can be canceled within 24 hours by emailing us at Info.enquiry@pisara.in.

If the requested size is unavailable, a credit note will be issued, redeemable on www.pisara.in within 30 days.
🔁 Partial Order Exchanges
If only part of your order is eligible for exchange, you may still initiate an exchange within 48 hours for that specific item.

For any size-related concerns, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. If the desired size is unavailable, a credit note will be issued.
