📦 Returns & Exchanges

At Pisara, we are committed to delivering premium-quality products. If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect product, we’re here to assist you. Kindly read the guidelines below carefully:

🔁 Returns

If you are not satisfied with the fit or product, you may request a return.

• A nominal return fee of ₹200 per product will be charged to cover logistics.

• Products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with tags intact.

🚫 Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us with clear images and your order number.

• Upon verification, a replacement will be dispatched at no additional cost.

🔄 Exchange Policy

We do not offer refunds. However, size exchanges are available under the following conditions:

• Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours (2 working days) of delivery.

• Exchange shipping charges apply.

• Email us at Info.enquiry@pisara.in with your order number and exchange request.

• Customers must self-ship the product back; reverse pickup is not available.

• Please use a traceable courier service and keep the acknowledgment receipt.

• Returned products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging.

Include inside the parcel:

• Name

• Address

• Email ID

• Order Number

• Required size for exchange

❗ Please Note:

• Only one exchange per order is permitted.

• Exchanges are allowed only for the same product (equal value). Any additional shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

• Prepaid orders cannot be canceled.

• COD orders can be canceled within 24 hours by emailing us at Info.enquiry@pisara.in.

🎟️ Credit Notes for Unavailable Sizes

If the requested size is unavailable, a credit note will be issued, redeemable on www.pisara.in within 30 days.

🔁 Partial Order Exchanges

If only part of your order is eligible for exchange, you may still initiate an exchange within 48 hours for that specific item.

📏 Fit Issues

For any size-related concerns, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. If the desired size is unavailable, a credit note will be issued.

🚫 Exchanges / Returns Not Accepted For:

• Dissatisfaction with material or color tone (please refer to product images and descriptions carefully).

• Minor color variations (up to 10–12%) due to lighting or screen display differences.

• Products that are worn, washed, altered, or damaged.

• Items purchased during sale or clearance offers.
